Diversity Policy

Revelator is dedicated to hiring Black; Indigenous; and People of Color (+QTPOC) for our staff and production crew positions. We are invested in disrupting the static systems traditionally found in video production hiring practices and encouraging the diversity of ideas and creativity that’s reflected with a diverse crew. At least one-third of our first crew offers will be to underrepresented crew and creatives in every city where Revelator hires for production, with a commitment to building an equitable and inclusive work environment for all. We recognize this is not enough to encourage long-term change and are currently developing mentor and education outreach programs with non-profit organizations to help bring more opportunities to young creatives who do not have traditional access to the production community opportunities.
