“Thank You a Lot” is a feature film written and directed by Revelator’s Creative Director Matt Muir, and produced by Revelator’s head of production, Chris Ohlson. The film made it’s World Premiere at the 2014 South by Southwest Film Festival
, where it was acquired for distribution by Gravitas Ventures. It is now on iTunes
and available in over 100 million homes through various VOD channels including Time Warner and Comcast.
The film follows Austin music manager Jack Hand, who has a bad reputation and an even worse track record. He only has two clients left: an indie band on the verge of a breakup and a part-time hip-hop artist. Jack’s future hinges on signing the one person he is barely on speaking terms with—his estranged father, a respected and reclusive country singer/songwriter.
