Brittany Reeber is a director based in Austin, Texas and Brooklyn who creates narrative films, documentaries, music videos and commercial work. Brittany Reeber Director projects have premiered internationally and earned recognition from MTV, Pitchfork, and The FADER. In addition, she has received grants, fellowships, and residencies from American Documentary, Kodak, Austin Film Society, Caldera Arts, Cucalorus, and Bend Film Festival. Most recently, she completed an artist residency at The Studios of Key West. Her commercial clients include Adidas, Glenlivet, Bumble, Pepsi, Budweiser, and New Balance.

Originally from Florida, Brittany draws inspiration from oddball characters, humid landscapes, and overlooked corners of America. As a result, her work often blends humor, tenderness, and visual imagination. She looks for the details and behaviors that reveal something honest about her subjects. Whether directing a documentary, music video, or commercial campaign, she focuses on character and emotional truth.

Her latest film,  THE CHEAP SEATS, is a hybrid narrative short set in Cassadaga, Florida, the “Psychic Capital of the World.” The film reflects many of the themes that run throughout her work. For example, it explores curiosity, empathy, and a fascination with people who exist just outside the mainstream. Likewise, many of Brittany’s films celebrate communities and places that rarely receive attention.

In addition to directing, Brittany produces acclaimed film and media projects. Those projects have premiered at Sundance, SXSW, Venice, Art Basel, and other major festivals. Brittany Reeber Director work moves seamlessly between branded storytelling and independent filmmaking. In both worlds, she brings the same sense of craft, character, and emotional authenticity.
